Additional Notes & Comments:	I believe this is caused by very quick inputs with the Kagune Leap by The Ghoul player.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have one player play as Survivor.
2. Have another player play as The Ghoul.
3. Inflict a Kagune Mark as the Ghoul.
4. Kagune Leap in Rapid Succession as The Ghoul.
5. The Survivor Player just watches.

Explanation

The Ghoul lacks the Kagune Leap Animation from the Survivor's POV.

Unsure if this is an intentional act by The Ghoul player, however there were some additional animation issues with The Ghoul during this match, particularly with The Ghoul's Kagune.

This is major as otherwise Survivors cannot see The Ghoul exit his power.
