Additional Notes & Comments:	I think this is an issue which you've already solved on some cosmetics like Ada's default is now fixed. So maybe already being worked on but I thought I should report in just incase.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Lara Croft in her Teal Throwback Cosmetic
2. Work on a Generator on the side where you lift your shoulders to pull the cranks
3. watch the shoulders as they collapse/animate incorrectly

Explanation

Issue: Rigging/weight painting on Female survivors causes shoulders to collapse/dislocate when performing certain actions

Various survivors female survivors shoulders collapse when they are bare when working on Generators or lifting arms on the hook:
-Teal Throwback Lara Croft cosmetic
-Jill Valentine Impervious agent on hook when she raises her arms
