Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook a survivor
2. Charge the Birds of Torment ability immediately after

Explanation

With The Artist, her ability to conjure Dire Crows is completely interrupted for about 8-10 seconds after hooking a survivor. There's no explanation for this, and often times you can fully charge the ability and hold it, expecting the flight path indicator to appear and indicate that you can send a crow, and it just doesn't and you have to let it go just to recharge it again and see if it works. This is a major hindrance to The Artist's viability in competitive matches, as survivors will often time critical actions while the killer is carrying another survivor.
