Killer Freeze and Hook Glitch During Eleven Hooking

Actual Result:	Me and eleven where stuck standing Infront of the hook for 4 seconds until I could move again just to try the hook again and be stuck for another 4 seconds
Expected Result:	Hook eleven for the first time and chase the survivors on the nearby generatir

Additional Notes & Comments:	The bug occurred in the Main Building of Nostromo Wreckage. It seems to be a soft-lock issue specifically tied to the transition between the carry state and the hook animation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Loaded into nostromo Wreckage as Legion (Susie)
2. Pick up eleven from the generator
3. Carry her to the hook inside the main building
4. Attempt to hook her

Explanation

I was playing as legion on the Alien Map. I had 2 people on 2nd stage and I just grabbed eleven from the generator. I went to put her onto the hooks around the map for her first hook however when I tried legion froze and stood their for 4 seconds. The eleven couldn't wiggle off, I couldn't hook her and we where stuck like that for 12-15 seconds. Eventually the eleven left and the bot finally managed to break the glitch however by the time the bot broke free the exit gates where open and everyone escaped and I was trying to figure out what happened. I thought it was my internet but I checked and my connection was fine so I thought it could've been them being on steam and me on console however it worked fine the whole game up until that point.
