Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip both Plot Twist and Unbreakable
2. When injured, use Plot Twist to enter the dying state
3. Recover to full health by selecting the Recover prompt when it appears
4. Be put into the Dying State again by any other means
5. Allow the recovery bar to fill. No Recover prompt appears

Explanation

Recovery with Unbreakable works correctly if downed by the killer before Plot Twist has been used to recover. After using Plot Twist to recover to full health, when downed again, Unbreakable should still be available for its single use, however the "Recover" prompt does not appear when recovering from the Dying State the next time.

Additionally it appears as though the recovery percentage with Unbreakable is 95% and not 99%.
