Richter Belmont Legendary Skin Missing Hair in Menu Screen

Actual Result:	When I am on the first menu of DBD the Richter Belmont legendary skin, does not show his hair; however it is not the same when you go into pre lobby but, his hair does shift around multiple times and seems to be desynced from his actual idol animation by a slight second.
Expected Result:	Please give him his hair back, and make it kind of more stuck on his body

Additional Notes & Comments:	I do not know how this came to be, but hey his idol animation works a bit better now

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have the skin be equipped and the survivor selected as your main one
2. back out of the menu and go back to the screen
3. His hair is gone
4. For Desynced, just stand there and watch him for a moment
5. and notice that his hair shifts in ways that it shouldn't

Explanation

Richter Belmont Legendary skin not having his hair when in the menu screen, but having it back when he is in the lobby; although there is an issue where his hair is desynced from his body in certain lobby animations by what seems to be a second.
