Explanation

Hello! This Spirit skin has been bugged since the release of the UE5 update. Like with many of her cosmetics the "flowing" physics just completely disappeared and everything dropped down with gravity. Since this update you tried fixing this by making the petals extremely stiff and bouncy, making it look horrendous, even compared to the initially bugged state. That is definitely not the cosmetic i bought and paid for, it might be low priority but please try to revert it to the release state of the cosmetic (and also look at her other cosmetics with similar issues).
