Additional Notes & Comments:	I'd like to note that I do indeed have other bugs I have with skull merchant such as her ability getting stuck at 4 drones and unable to deploy more

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Skull Merchant
2. Place down drones
3. Not guaranteed, will eventually result with no drone deployment but animation will continue

Explanation

Skull Merchant's Ability will not deploy her drone when pressing the ability use button, often times resulting in her doing the animation but no drone will be deployed. This has happened long before her recent change in 9.3.2, which did originally provide Undetectable but still not deploying her drone.
