Steps to Reproduce

1. On the new map, go to the area shown in the image
2. and to climb up, simply walk towards the chair that is lying on the ground

Explanation

I found a collision bug that allows you to climb on these objects, and there are some scattered around the map that let you use balanced landing. To get to where the survivor is, just climb onto the chair that's fallen over.
