Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over any cosmetic item in your inventory or preview.
2. Look at the “Collection” tooltip.

Explanation

“Collection” tooltip still uses old smoke effect
After the 9.2.0 update, tooltips were updated with a new smoke effect. However, the “Collection” badge tooltip that shows where a cosmetic/item comes from still uses the old smoke effect.
