Persistent 'No Longer Supported' Message on Hover

Actual Result:	Message "none remaining" / "no longer supported" shows for every item/perk/addon
Expected Result:	These messages showld only show for items, perks, addons where it's true

Additional Notes & Comments:	Haven't tested yet, if it stays like this after a match.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch DBD
2. Click Play
3. Click play as Survivor or killer
4. Go to loadout
5. hover over your items, addons, etc
6. hover over something that is no longer supported or you ran out
7. hover over any other perk, item, etc

Explanation

When hovering over an item, addon or offering that shows the "no longer supported" or "non remaining" message, that message stays for every addon, item, offering and perk. Swapping the character or going back to the main menu does not fix it. Restarting the game does.
