Actual Result:	Sometimes the Extra Info tooltip erratically flickers open and shut
Expected Result:	When the Extra Info tooltip is expanded, a tab with extra info opens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hover over a Perk with an "extra info" tab
2. Attempt rapidly expanding and closing the Extra Info tab
3. Unsure of what causes it for certain

Explanation

Sometimes the "Extra Info" tooltip automatically closes itself. I have no idea what causes this, it seems to coincide when I am pressing the button quickly after hovering over or off of a perk, but I am entirely unsure.
