Chucky's Slice & Dice Causes Teleportation or Camera Jump During Attacks

Actual Result:	When you press the Slice & Dice attack button, instead of attacking where you are facing, your camera (and sometimes body) suddenly s*** to a different location, so you miss your attack (usually).
Expected Result:	You attack in the direction you're actually facing when you use Slice & Dice.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I did not manage to get logs or clips of this occurring in public matches, so the log file here is from my Custom match tests, which contains 3 matches. The bug occurred on the 2nd match (Pale Rose) and 3rd match (Gideon's Meat Packing Plant).

Steps to Reproduce

1. As Chucky, go into Hidey-Ho Mode and attempt to attack a Survivor using Slice & Dice.
2. On seemingly random occasions, right as you attack, your camera will rapidly change position away from where you were looking.

Explanation

Chucky's Slice & Dice appears to have a bug in which he will appear to either teleport or have his camera rapidly change position right as he is attacking (from the Killer's POV). I do not know what this bug looks like on the Survivor side because I have not encountered any Chuckys, but I have gotten this bug relatively often when playing as Chucky - although I have not recorded anything until now.

This is a consistent bug for me in the sense that I have managed to get it to happen in both Customs and Public matches, but I cannot say for certain how to replicate it besides merely using Slice & Dice.

I recreated this bug in Customs with no perks or add-ons (nor any perks/items for the Survivor bots) so I believe this is purely a Slice & Dice bug and not a bug that occurs due to perk/add-on interactions.

I only play Chucky using a Controller, so I am not sure if it can occur on Mouse and Keyboard.
