Actual Result:	Eyes popping out of eyesockets, incorrect base model used (Julie instead of Susie)
Expected Result:	Eyes behaving normally, correct base model used (Susie) and skin tone fixed to be darker to be in line with other Susie skins

Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug has been in the game since the release of this skin and it was never patched

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select The Legion (Susie)'s Angsty Artist skin in-game
2. Wear any mask that shows the eyes a bit more such as 'Blue Stain', 'Hoaxer Cloak', 'Malicious Grin' etc
3. Notice how the eyes are very clearly popping out of the eye sockets and clip into the eyelids
4. Additionally, recognize it's Julie under the mask instead of Susie as it should actually be

Explanation

The Legion (Susie)'s Angsty Artist's skin has eyes exponentially popping out of the eyesockets
