Issue has been ongoing for at least two weeks as that's when I've picked up the Lich as a main Killer and have used the ability a few hundred times at minimum.

Steps to Reproduce
- Have any survivor leave a match while playing Lich
- Cast Dispelling Orb on that bot
- Orb will pass through without effect
Explanation
When players are replaced by bots in multiplayer matches against the Lich, Dispelling Orb will no longer function on them in any way, shape or form. The Orb will simply pass through them without triggering Killer Instinct or any of the added effects from addons.
