Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Perk Streetwise
2. Loot a chest
3. If you get a firecracker, pick it up with streetwise.
4. You will notice it has 2 charges
5. Attempt to drop the firecracker twice using both charges. (This is is where i experience desync)

Explanation

Using the perk "Street Wise" allows you to loot firecrackers with 2 charges. However dropping a firecracker for the second time creates insane desync for the player who drops it.
