Steps to Reproduce

1. reach the struggle phase on the hook
2. observe that the expected struggle voice lines don't play.

Explanation

The struggle phase voice lines are muted while on the hook. The survivor remains silent during the struggle phase, even though voice lines should normally trigger at that stage.
Can be noticed that the voice lines don't play when the dialogue subtitle shows.
