Explanation

I've had many friends whose gamertag didn't appear in my in-game friends list. This video only shows one person as an example. They are appearing online through PlayStation. Even when someone isn't appearing online, you should still be able to see them beneath the "offline" tab. On top of that, I'm only able to play with them if they send me a join request and I accept it. Besides that, I cannot join through their PlayStation profile, request to join them in-game, or join successfully after accepting an invitation from them.
