Explanation

Ever since i turned on & then off anonymous mode, hide other player names & hide your name ive been experiencing everytime i get in a trial no names pop up on the hud, i tried closing my application and reopening, i tried turning those settings on then off again and nothing has fixed it, whats a possible solution to this?
