Actual Result:	Freddy is unable to place Dream Pallets in viable locations where a Dream Pallet can be set
Expected Result:	Freddy should be able to basic-break/destroy a pallet then be able replace them with a Dream Pallet to take the destroyed pallet's place

Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug seems to be happening in other maps and their different seeds making certain Dream Pallet locations unavailable to be placed with one

Steps to Reproduce

1. As Freddy, break all possible preset pallets in the Trickster's Delusion map
2. Attempt to replace broken pallets with Dream Pallets
3. Notice that all viable locations for a dream pallet aren't available to be replaced with one
4. (Optional) Attempt to break pallets with perks such as Dissolution or Spirit Fury as well to ensure if its a special break bug or basic break bug
5. (Optional) Be sure to be within placement range of 24m, try aiming while walking in and out of range to ensure its not a Dream Demon power bug

Explanation

Freddy is unable to place Dream Pallets in certain areas in the new map Trickster's Delusion where he destroyed a pallet or can pre-emptively place one
