Actual Result:	If you click icon centre or bottom half it does nothing.
Expected Result:	Clicking any part of icon in bloodweb selects it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Encounter a bloodweb where something is present in certain slot.
2. Try selecting it by clicking on the centre of it or below the centre.
3. Discover that it can only be selected if you click the top half of it, bottom half of the icon is not clickable.

Explanation

Whenever something appears in a certain bloodweb spot its "hitbox" is misaligned.
