Steps to Reproduce

1. Always happens in the lobby, just wait and let his animations play out

Explanation

Jonathan Byers is missing his facial animations in the lobby, he recently got his "interrupt" animations back after being gone for a long time but the facial animations are not working properly. When he goes into his "interrupt" animations his face remains completely expressionless, not even blinking which is really jarring.
