Steps to Reproduce

1. Select any character
2. Click and hold on mouse over a character and drag
3. Notice they don't rotate like they used to previously

Explanation

All characters can no longer be rotated in the main menu. Prior to 9.5.1 you could rotate all survivors and majority of killers in the main menu but now this no longer works. You can still rotate characters in the store.
