Steps to Reproduce
- Go into any match as the legion
- 1. Hit a survior with feral frenzy
- 1. Alternatively hook another survior (and have at least one feral frenzy hit
- 2. Notice how the survivor which has completed the mending action or if that survivor has been unhooked, that survior will not get detected by killer instinct
Explanation
Survivors will not be detected by killer instinct after they have mended or have been unhooked within the terror radius (as the legion)

Seems to be you lose killer instinct if a survivor changes health states at all during frenzy.
