Steps to Reproduce
- Go into any match as the legion
- 1. Hit a survior with feral frenzy
- 1. Alternatively hook another survior (and have at least one feral frenzy hit
- 2. Notice how the survivor which has completed the mending action or if that survivor has been unhooked, that survior will not get detected by killer instinct
Explanation
Survivors will not be detected by killer instinct after they have mended or have been unhooked within the terror radius (as the legion)

Seems to be you lose killer instinct if a survivor changes health states at all during frenzy.
The Legion has had this issue since 9.1.0 PTB (The Walking Dead) and I suspect it was caused by the changes made to his Killer Instinct for the 2v8 mode (limiting the number seen at once).
When you are using Feral Frenzy, Killer Instinct does not reveal Survivors who finish mending, or are rescued from hooks. I've also seen this occur when a Survivor in the dying state is healed back up to injured off of the ground.

This greatly nerfs The Legion's power and prevents them from snowballing. This effectively makes their chain-hit system useless, as they can't see Killer Instinct, nor can they see scratch marks and blood.
