Explanation
Game stutters when I look around, that's it really. I have a 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800x3d, I don't believe it should be doing that whatsoever, I tried lowering the graphics and making the game a potato but it doesn't help at all. I tried everything and it just doesn't work. before I upgraded I was on an i7 with a 4070 super and it worked just fine, but after this upgrade and I'm assuming it's due to a recent update, it started stuttering. I haven't played the game since around November or around that, and I only upgraded to 5080 in early feb.
