Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook survivor (1)
2. Survivor (1) is unhooked and doesn't use any movement imputs
3. Survivor (1) is downed at the hook they are currently not moving at
4. Survivor (2) is hooked at the same hook whilst Survivor (1) is still down on the floor
5. Survivor (1) is now unhookable unless they chose to move due to Survivor (2)'s hooked hitbox body-blocking Survivor (1)'s pick up prompt

Explanation

When standing still after being unhooked, if you are downed at the hook and another survivor is hooked at the SAME hook you will be unable to pick up the prior downed survivor.
