Steps to Reproduce

1. Be hooked in the second phase.
2. Don't have the killer terror radius!

Explanation

No terroradius during second phase on hook.
This is in the game for at least 6 years. Once you enter second stage on a hook you don't have both the acustic and visual heartbeat active even when the killer is near. Before the anti camp meter you would never know if the killer is still near the hook.

It is obviously not intentional, because when you attempt an escape with for example Deliverance you can hear the heartbeat during that action.
Same goes for when you are carried on the killers shoulder. But in that case it is not neccessary to hear the heartbeat.
