Steps to Reproduce
- Buy an Item from the Bone Chill Event
- The item may not show up in inventory
Explanation
I bought the Artist weapon from the Bone Chill Event only for it to not show up in my inventory. It says bought on the page and my frosty trinkets are gone, yet it is not there. I have logged out of my account and redownloaded the entire game with zero results. This bug is highly disappointing.
Watchers
Check your cosmetic filters. Its the button that looks like a tag on the other side of the search bar in the customizations section. When you click that it opens popup and only thing that should be check marked is "unlocked".

The artist does not have a weapon available in the current Bone Chill event. The image you posted here was of the Unknown's weapon, the Arctic Strike.
