Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Dramaturgy
2. Get a Medkit
3. See if the progress bar does not increment when fully using a Medkit

Explanation

Medkit fully used from Dramaturgy does not apply towards the Tome Quest Progression Quest that stipulates using all the charges of a Medkit.
