Recovery Animation Missing Post Automatic Recovery

Actual Result:	The survivor begins recovering automatically, but there is no accompanying recovery animation, and they simply get up after a short period.
Expected Result:	The survivor should play the recovery animation while recovering from the downed state, even though the process is automatic. The animation should be visible as it was prior to the update.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get downed by the Killer
2. Observe that the recovery animation (previously played while manually recovering) does not trigger.

Explanation

Since the update where recovering became automatic, the recovery animation no longer plays when a survivor is recovering from the downed state. This issue occurs consistently every time a survivor goes into the downed state and then automatically begins to recover.
