Expected Result:	He cannot use the main event on closer hooks even he on the up floor with clear vision

Steps to Reproduce

1. You need the Main Event on Rank S
2. After that you need hook anyone on place you can be above them
3. And you need been on the up floor and use the Main Event

Explanation

The Trickster can use Main Event close of the hook, if his is on up a floor. I find this issue on Nostromo - Man Building, Garden of Joy - Man Building, Ironwork of Misery - Man Building he can use on basement
