Steps to Reproduce

1. have plunderer's instinct and streetwise equipped
2. open a chest
3. rummage a chest
4. receive a party starter
5. it will have 2 instead of one

Explanation

i used streetwise, i opened a chest. i rummaged the chest with plunderer's. i got a winter party starter with the rummage. it had a 2 on the party starter and i was able to use both of them.
