Steps to Reproduce
- Charge up the Perk fully and not matter what the perks cannot be activated I’m not sure if it’s just a console issue
Explanation
Blast mine and wire tap are not working no matter what what I do my controls are not the problem I can activate for example repressed alliance it’s just wire tap and blast mine as shown in the video
