Actual Result:	The cooldown meter does not return after the Slice and Dice finishes and you are unable to enter Hidey-Ho mode for the rest of the match
Expected Result:	After Slice and Dice finishes, you enter cooldown before you can enter Hidey-Ho mode again

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter Hidey-Ho mode
2. Start Slice and Dice in front of the car on the pallet side, then try to scamper under the pallet
3. Scamper doesn't happen because you are too close to the pallet when you started. When trying to, you will get a destroy prompt for the pallet
4. The audio for Slice and Dice is still playing as you move your lunge around the hook side
5. After this, you may lose the ability to enter Hidey-Ho mode for the rest of the match

Explanation

Lost ability to use power after trying to scamper too close to a pallet. Was unable to enter Hidey-Ho mode for more than half the match. Happened on Badham near the car loop in front of main building.
