I apologize for the poor quality and frantic video, I was playing a normal match and the killer happened to be there when I first encountered this bug.

Steps to Reproduce
- Join Blood Moon Event round as a Survivor
- Begin filling a blood generator with a can
- turn camera and Look at a survivor behind you while filling generator
- Depending on the angle, the survivor behind you will not be visible
