Steps to Reproduce

1. Start the game
2. Observe that my friend also has this problem

Explanation

u cant select perks as ANY killer rn. it says hidden perk and that it will be selected for u at the start of the match but that just doesnt happen and ure in match without any perks. any mode also, normal queue and blood moon
