Selecting the perk does not set the perk.
Expected Result:
Selecting the perk should set the perk on the first press.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to loadout screen.
  2. Click a perk slot.
  3. Click in the search box and type anything.
  4. Use the controller to move the pointer over the result.
  5. Press A.
  6. Press A.
  7. Press A.
  8. Only after this third press does the perk go into the perk slot.

Explanation

On PC, when searching for a perk in the loadout screen by typing into the search box, using the controller to select the perk in the results requires three A presses to actually select it.
