Actual Result:	hovering above a secret offering shows its description, making it not really a secret
Expected Result:	hovering anywhere around a secret offering should not show it's description, as it's supposed to be hidden from everyone

Steps to Reproduce

1. when the offerings are being shown, hover around the secret offering until you see a "Mystery Offering" card
2. usually it's directly above, but the location can vary (like up higher or more diagonal), and sometimes you can't view it at all

Explanation

Secret Offerings can sometimes be viewed on the offering screen when hovering roughly somewhere above them. This seems to occur randomly.
