Steps to Reproduce
- I started the game
- I joined my friend's swf
- It showed a 5 min matchmaking penalty
Explanation
When I logged in today, i was**** with a 5 min matchmaking penalty. I had done nothing in game at all. When I joined my friends, it showed there are a penalty.

Match making penalties now get applied next time you queue up so if you DC'd or did something else that caused a match making penalty when you last time stopped playing. Your penalty started when you now queue with your friend.
