Steps to Reproduce

Select to play as the killer
Select the Dredge
Use the Horror Shack torso cosmetic on Dredge
Use the Hunter's Scythe or Merciless Nature weapons on Dredge (The bugged arm)
Repick The Dredge on the killers menu (The missing animation)

Explanation

Dredge's weapon cosmetics get frozen into a position when using The Horror Shack cosmetic. This happens with other weapons as well except the regular weapon (knotted appendage and similar weapons). The usual killer picking animation also does not trigger when using the Horror Shack cosmetic. However, it works with other cosmetics as it is supposed to.
