Additional Notes & Comments:	You can just leave this as is and not fix it, unimportant bug unless it's secretly tied to other bugs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play killer
2. Earn 11/12 emblem points
3. Pip up

Explanation

Pips are being rewarded for less than the normal amount of emblem points. As killer it should take 13 emblem points to pip but I pipped with 11 and with 12 emblem points.
