You get a weakening effect even though you haven't used any perks.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug or not. But this has been the case since 2024. I think the perk should be disabled if you fail to use it.

Steps to Reproduce
- Safely rescue a survivor to activate the "Liberation" perk.
- Do not use the "Liberation" perk at stage 1 of the hangman.
- Once you've hung up twice, wait for the anti-camp bar to fill up and jump off.
Explanation
The Release perk has a weakening effect even if you jump off due to the anti-camp system in the 2nd stage of the hook
