Steps to Reproduce

1. Be Wesker
2. Bound a Survivor parallel to the tree base
3. Or Bound a Survivor around or on the roots of the tree
4. See if the Bound gets canceled

Explanation

Toba Landing Tree and its root cancel Wesker's bound when not slamming directly into the Tree.
