Explanation

Bought skins that aren't licensed don't show up in the cosmetics menu, but in the store. That also involves charms as well. The only skins that I can select in lobby are from either licensed characters or skins that required money only to have. Both platforms that I play on are Xbox and PC, and both have the same issue. It's been like that since October or so.
