My partner bought a chapter which I got for game sharing on Xbox, and going on PC I don't have the characters for it.

Explanation
Bought skins that aren't licensed don't show up in the cosmetics menu, but in the store. That also involves charms as well. The only skins that I can select in lobby are from either licensed characters or skins that required money only to have. Both platforms that I play on are Xbox and PC, and both have the same issue. It's been like that since October or so.

You most likely have filters on for some reason as the list should show more than just your very rare cosmetic sets. Press the tag looking button next to the search bar and only thing marked up there should be "unlocked".
