Steps to Reproduce

1. Just use the perk Mad gritt

Explanation

Mad Grit has no cooldown at all not even the swing animation. Killers are able to just fully spam the mad grit across almost the entire map before a survivor can wiggle. Instead of fully finishing the swing animation it will just repeatedly do the start of the animation (but mostly not showing the animation at all) while stutter stepping the killer forward
