Actual Result:	Loud noise notification bubble was stuck on the spot on the screen it was when you first saw it
Expected Result:	Bubble should stay on the spot it first appeared and not move with your mouse movement

Additional Notes & Comments:	In the picture the last gen that finished to cause the bubble was towards the other door but moved to that spot it shown when I look towards the right. I added a logs of the match and it should be the only match in the log as started just playing and happened on the first match.

Explanation

Loud noise notification bubble got stuck on the spot of the screen that it first appeared on when the last gen was finished. It did eventually disappear but it was interesting to be able to look around and it staying on the same spot on the screen. Screenshot showing it on the sky because it was stuck on that spot on my screen. Only thing I was doing was waiting the last gen to finish and started opening door when this happened after I looked towards the gen and another door.
