Steps to Reproduce

1. When trying to do this in a public match, at the start of the trial I never see my perks
2. At the end of the match I don't seem to have any perks
3. When in the killer's terror radius it doesn't work

Explanation

When trying to do this tome, every single time I attempt to this in a public match, at the start of the trial I never see my perks and at the end of the match I don't seem to have any at all. And when in the killers terror radius it doesn't work.
