- Purchase perk in shrine of secrets
- purchase lvl 2
- attempt to find lvl 3 in bloodweb
Explanation
Perk in shrine of secrets not showing in blood-web after purchase. Purchased fast track up to lvl 2 however cannot find lvl 3 in blood-web despite prestiging twice using Leon Kennedy.
