Actual Result:	Weird sharp piece/cone sticking out from the back of Zarina's torso
Expected Result:	That this is fixed and there's no sharp piece sticking out when using the Camera On torso

Additional Notes & Comments:	This bug has been ongoing for months. I saw on the forums more people had reported the same problem and I believe I have reported this bug in the past as well. Hopefully something can be done, it's a visually unappealing thing on one if not Zarina's best cosmetic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Zarina's Camera On torso from her Undercover Story cosmetic
2. Load into a match
3. As soon as the match starts, there's a weird piece/cone sticking out from her back

Explanation

When Zarina's undercover story torso piece (the piece called camera on) is equipped, there's a weird pierce or cone sticking out from her back in-game. Every time this torso piece is equipped, it shows up.
