Coldwind Farm Dark Mist Visualization Issue

Actual Result:	Dark Mist appears in the form of small black puffs that don't mask anything
Expected Result:	Dark Mist appearing thicker and grey like smoke as with other realms

Additional Notes & Comments:	The screenshots attached are a result of me trying to get screenshots which show the Dark Mist the best I could. The visibility and presence of the black puffs might appear more prevalent than normal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter a trial on any map within the Coldwind realm
2. (optionally bring a Dark Mist offering to get a better look)
3. Wander the map, viewing the Dark Mist

Explanation

On the Coldwind Farm maps, the Dark Mist is colored black and barely present when using a Dark Mist offering. Normally the Dark Mist should be a grey colored and relatively thick on these maps, but instead it appears like small and barely present black puffs. This has been a very long standing issue, and one which has been made more glaring by the realm getting visually brighter as of 9.5.1.
